We take a unique approach to the questions, "How do you do that? What do you say, exactly when speaking with a potential client?" Telling a mentor coaching client to, "Go out there and let people know what you're doing" or attempting to 'coach' them around these questions by asking, "Well, what do you think the right approach would sound like" just doesn't cut it. If anything, it frustrates the client to the point of wanting to reach through the phone and grab their coaches neck yelling, "If I knew the answer, I wouldn't have hired you!" Sometimes, you DO need the answers and need to be shown how to do something, especially if you've never done it before (Sport, instrument, etc.)
