Additional Support And Resources
Team Coaching: All of our training and coaching programs can include a comprehensive follow-up program with our coaches and trainers that can be conducted on site, through teleconferencing or via the web. Since learning does not stop when the initial training event is over, these forums will be used so that participants can focus specifically on strengthening their newly developed skills, reinforce what was learned so that change becomes long lasting and receive personalized coaching to eliminate the challenges or obstacles they are facing. Demonstrations, role-plays and skill practice scenarios can also be conducted.
Personalized, One to One Coaching: During and following completion of the initial program, participants will be able to contact their coach for questions, assistance or additional coaching and training. Participants can take advantage of structured, one-to-one coaching on an as-needed basis. Since there will be some people who would be more comfortable sharing their specific challenges, goals and concerns in more of a confidential setting with their coach, participants will receive individual support that is aligned with their natural strengths and talents so they can better implement and retain what they have learned, while being coached around timely issues they are faced with daily.
Books, Assessments, Program Materials: All programs can include course materials, such as handbooks, assessments and diagnostics (Sales Diagnostic, Leadership Diagnostic, etc.) to track the effectiveness of each program and identify key behaviors, concepts and skills to develop and strengthen.
